3. Payment & Refund Terms

All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Paystack, Stripe, or other authorized processors.

Your refund eligibility depends strictly on the platform used at the time of payment, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

  • Paystack Payments (Nigeria): Refunds only for verified access issues.

  • International Payments (Stripe or USD Payments): Up to 14 days, provided less than 10% of the course is consumed.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these platform-based refund terms.



4. Digital Product Access

Upon successful payment:

  1. Your access is created instantly.

  2. Access logs (login time, device, modules viewed) are recorded for fraud prevention and refund validation.

  3. Downloading or consuming more than 10% of course content removes eligibility for refunds.

We reserve the right to remove or update content to improve the learning experience.



5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials (including videos, downloads, lessons, scripts, templates, Q&A recordings, frameworks, and community content) remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mark Angel Film Academy.

Users are strictly prohibited from:
