Refunds Policy
Mark Angel Film Academy provides digital educational programs that grant instant access to course materials upon successful payment. Because users can consume the content immediately, our refund terms depend strictly on the payment platform used at checkout.
1. Refunds for Paystack Payments (Nigeria)
Payments completed through Paystack follow strict digital-product refund regulations.
Refunds are available only in cases where:
The customer is unable to access the course, AND
Our support team has attempted all troubleshooting steps, AND
The issue is confirmed to be from our end.
Access-related concerns must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
Completed access
Inability to complete the program
“I thought it would be different”
Downloaded or viewed course modules
Once access has been successfully logged in our system, the sale is considered final.
2. Refunds for International Payments (Stripe, USD Cards, etc.)
For payments processed outside Paystack, customers have up to 14 days to request a refund.
To qualify:
Your purchase must have been completed on a non-Paystack platform; AND
You must not have watched more than 10% of the course modules; AND
You must not have downloaded course materials; AND
You must submit the request within 14 days of payment.
Any account with activity above 10% progress or attempted downloads is not eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be sent to:

Requests must include:
Full name
Email used at checkout
Payment receipt
Payment platform used (Paystack or Stripe)
Detailed description of the issue
This helps us verify eligibility.
4. Digital Product Acknowledgement
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that:
They are purchasing a digital product
Access is granted instantly
Refunds are conditional on platform rules
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension
